The documents required before thesis defense exam of graduate programs are as follows;
To obtain the similarity report of thesis;
- The postgraduate thesis should be sent to tezkontrol@gantep.edu.tr e-mail address by the supervisor in word or pdf format,
- which should include the inner cover page and the main parts of the thesis, excluding the references, tables of contents, list of figures, abbreviations, dedication, approval, özet, abstract, acknowledgements and declaration pages.
- Scanning of the thesis will be carried out by the Institute’s staff through the Turnitin software only on Tuesday and Thursday.
- For the rules to be followed in the submission of theses, please use the link, Gaziantep University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences obtaining Thesis Similarity Report Rules.
- The thesis similarity report form should be filled in and signed by the student or the supervisor in line with the report sent via e-mail by the institute, the report sent by the institute should be added to the thesis similarity report form.
- All other documents related to setting the exam date must be sent to the institute through departments, the procedures should be completed at least 15 days before the date of the thesis defense examination.
- Whatever the reason might be, if all documents are not sent 15 days earlier, the date of the exam will not be approved by the institute.
- The Similarity Report of Thesis should be sent to the members of the examination jury.
